Consent & Medical Information

Any aesthetics procedure requires the taking of medical histories, informed written consent, photography consent and photographic evidence of treatment provided.

For this reason you will be required to fill out a digital consent form that will be sent to you. It will ask the necessary questions to protect both yourself and the business.  We will take before and after pictures which will only be used for social content if you have given permission.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment

The products used for Anti-Wrinkle Treatment can only be prescribed in a face-to-face meeting by a qualified medical practitioner, such as a doctor, dentist, pharmacist prescriber or nurse prescriber.

This is to ensure the treatment is done safety.

At Thorpe Aesthetics we work with a lovely prescriber Dr Janaka, who will carry out a short video call to ask you the necessary questions in order for your product to be prescribed to us.  After this is

complete we can proceed to book in your treatment.

Once your treatment is complete after 3 weeks you will be offered a free of charge review which can be carried out via a video call to save you time if preferred.

Deposits

Thorpe Aesthetics respectfully  requires a deposit on all treatments to ensure the cost of the product is covered before being ordered and to avoid wasting valuable business hours.
